Sami has over a decade of consulting experience working with Global Pharma firms and Biotechs defining commercial and medical strategy throughout the product journey.
Sami has previously held leadership positions at Vynamic Consulting, Ernst & Young Consulting (EY-Parthenon) and Navigant Consulting.
A scientist by training, Sami has studied AI & Business Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management. He holds a D.Phil in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, and M.Sc. in Drug Design from University College London (UCL)

Rafiq has pursued a highly successful career in the pharma industry globally, including senior positions in ophthalmology with Bayer and Novartis.
As SVP and Global Head of Ophthalmology at Bayer, Rafiq grew the business of Eylea® from launch to over USD 2.5bn in 5 years, including its launch in 5 indications in 3 years.
Rafiq completed his medical training from Guys and St Thomas, University of London, and Executive Education from Harvard Business School.
